Wonderful night & vanquished breakdown !?!

Date: 04, November, 2009

"Celebrate Life", the words I intensely follow, and each day I find a 'new reason' to celebrate my life with 'same friends' around. It was a day when my dearest friend Abhigna, coming back from home after the holidays.. I asked her if I should go to receive her, and she said "Ya sure, I'll be there by 10.30pm". I again switched to my routine course, and my friend Falguni called me up and said "Hey Max, lets meet up at our adda Nescafe and then we'll go together to pick up Abhigna, and come as fast as you can".

I had a glance at the watch, it was 9.30pm and i remember the words i uttered was, "Oh no! I dint take dinner yet", I skipped the dinner and I rushed to Nescafe in no time, Zip Zap Zooming.. on my bike. When I reached there, Falguni and Vaishali were already standing there, welcoming me with their beautiful smiles.. :) Then i got a surprise, Abhi had already reached there, she left me stunned with a loud shout. Well! It was a totally childish act but still i have no words to describe those insane emotions..

Sitting in a corner and chit-chatting is just not our 'cup of tea', so we decided to do something real. We started for a thrilling drive in Vaishali's 'Super Sonic Jet' (Ford Ikon), as we did since last few days.

First of all, let me describe our crew members.. Vaishali (Wisshhh), Falguni (Kaku), Trupti (Skweepy), Abhigna (Abhi) and ME !!..
Wisshh, a daring gal with damn good driving skills, and probably the only female I met up till now, who drives on the Edge. She drives crazily, with an amazing speed, turns the steering in any direction she feels to, with no presumed destination (and I feel my life is the stereotype of such a drive, 'no direction, no destination'). Kaku, as charming as ever, ready for any adventure no matter whats the time. Abhi, was looking a cutie in a frock. Yet another babe, Skweepy, we kidnapped her on our way. Being a new entry in the group, she was a bit hesitant to open up, but still she is fun-loving and its nice to be wid her. Four gals and a single guy, a tempting injustice. But I love that, I am their only Super Hero in bad times, which are about to come..

The journey has begun, we never found the same boring roads so lovely, b'coz it was a different scenario. The car audio was on its highest peak, competing with our own voices. Wisshh stopped the car near the mall and called watchman, when he came near to the car she wished him 'Good Night!!', and that was a sheer mischief from her side as no one knows why she is calling him. Our bodies swinging out of the windows, cutting the chilling breeze that came on our way, with a speed of 110 km/hr. It was an ultimate experience for all of us, especially Kaku and Me, as we were enjoying this craziness to its fullest.

Being lost in the world of thrill, fun and emotions, we hardly realized that sometimes hard work is inevitable. And here, God gave us a perfect situation for hard work, the TYRE GOT PUNCTURED, and that too on a highway, 8 kms away from the city at approx. 12.30 midnight when rarely any vehicle happened to pass through.

"Gals", what to say about them, they started panicking at smallest things. Well I just got out of the car to inquire about the situation, and as I looked up I found myself in the center and eight eyes were starring at me with mixed emotions of questions, helplessness, fear and mischief too.

I was a bit restless and a bit confused too. But finally only I had to do something. I felt like a warrior, saving my people in the time of war. So I just hurried to my weapons, a jack and a spare wheel. Ooh! but poor me! my countrymen had immense doubts on me and they showered me with questions like 'do you know how to?', 'could we reach back home tonight ?', 'will someone kidnap all of us' and blah blah...

But without answering any such idiotic queries, I started giving my efforts. After all, I am a real man, and I know how to do it.. ;-)

I was strong enough, but this stupid little jack, failed to raise the car. Now, the gals decided to try and started lifting the car, to fix the Tyre. But it seemed the car was also a 'female version', it dint even get lifted an inch as I know. The situation was like "So gaya ye jahan, so gaya aasman..."

Finally, our Toofan (Wisshhh) stopped a passing Toofan. So, 'I ran to that Toofan car, to ask for a jack udhar.' Then I fixed it successfully and I was hearing shouts of cheers from back, "1 and 2, round and round." And they made that effort a vicotry at 2.15am midnight. Now, I was not just
a warrior, I felt like a King, and my people celebrating my achievement which was just a job for me..

Friends! now it was too late, time to go home "Yaar apne ghar jaao.."

But, don't climb your main gates and bribe your watchman, like Skweepy..

Don't enter your home with thief like gestures, as Kaku, Wisshhh and Abhi..

Go home like ME.. singing, flaunting and celebrating.. like a RoCkStAr !!

I though its relinquished breakdown then the vanquished one. :)

Nice to see you writing down your feelings. I gives shape to your imagination.

Also it gives one an idea that if you ever have a PUNCTURED breakdown Max is the man to go.

One last thing: Having too many girls as buddies helps a guy to improve character and manners. So going great :)
